The Healthcare People Management Association’s (HPMA) Excellence in HRM Awards 2017 recognises and rewards outstanding work in healthcare resource management across the UK.
The Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) is the professional voice of HR in healthcare. Set up over 40 years ago, the HPMA now have over 4,000 members ranging from HR directors and deputy directors through to trusts and CCG’s. The HPMA’s aim is to support and develop HR staff to improve the people management contribution in healthcare and ultimately improve patient care.
