We are delighted that our dedicated multidisciplinary recruitment event will be returning to Dublin’s RDS on Saturday, 16 October. The global pandemic hasn’t stopped healthcare staff from changing jobs – if anything, it has accelerated the process.

Despite all the changes to this “new” world we live in, at its very core, the Healthcare Job Fair remains the same: allowing candidates to meet a range of healthcare employers from across the UK, Ireland and Australia directly, sitting interviews and be offered jobs.

The health and safety of our candidates, exhibitors and staff remain our utmost priority. In line with government guidelines, we have put several safety measures in place for your safety.

Social & Physical Distancing

The floorplan has been updated to increase aisle size and improve the flow of traffic. The event will be operating a separate entry and exit system.

Prior to the event, candidates will need to choose a pre-allocated time slot and arrive on time for the designated time slot. Please do not arrive early to avoid large queues.

To minimise queuing and contact during the registration process we will be operating a paperless event. Badges will not be printed on-site and rather candidates will have their own designated QR code.

Cleaning & Hygiene

We will be working with the RDS to ensure an enhanced cleaning process prior to the event starting and during the event, paying particular attention to touchpoints and bathrooms.

Hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the venue and signs will be clearly displayed encouraging good hand hygiene.

Protection

You will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the event unless you have a medical exemption.

You will also be required to show proof of full vaccination or have recovered from Covid-19 in the past 6 months.

Communication & Contact Tracing

Prior to attending the event, each candidate will have been asked to provide contact details to facilitate contact tracing should it be necessary.

Candidates are also advised not to bring along family members or friends unless absolutely necessary. Contact details for those persons accompanying candidates will have also been collected.

The Healthcare Job Fair is free to attend will take place in Hall 4, RDS, Dublin, Saturday, 16th October 2021 from 10am to 4pm.
