The British Nursing Open Day will take place in 3 cities across Australia this September giving nurses the opportunity to meet two leading NHS employers with a variety of jobs on offer.

Representatives of Bedford Hospital NHS Trust and the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust will be traveling to Australia to recruit nurses looking to move home or to relocate to the UK.

This is the second visit this year that NHS Employers are undertaking alongside HealthSectorTalent to recruit newly qualified and experienced nurses. The most recent NHS recruitment drive held in Australia in March this year has resulted in hundreds of nurses finding their dream job in the UK, with many having already made the move over following their job offers.

In addition to holding interviews, representatives will be on hand to provide information on their Trust, location, culture and more importantly on the overall process of relocation.

With interviews and offers of employment, we advise you to remember to bring copies of your CV and qualifications as well as proof of ID.

Representatives of the Trusts’ Recruitment Teams are particularly interested in meeting both newly qualified and experienced Nurses working across a range of specialty areas including General Medicine, Elderly Care, Emergency Medicine, Elective & Emergency Surgery, Paediatrics, Critical Care and Theatres, Community Nursing, Cath Lab, Chemotherapy and Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU).
